We’re having a debate in my English class tomorrow, and lucky me, my team is debating.
I am terrible at public speaking. Absolutely terrible.
And it doesn’t help that we have to prepare for both sides of the argument because we won’t know until 5 minutes before the debate which side we’re arguing.

If you already have a degree… would pursuing a second degree be more enjoyable?
You don’t have to be a full time student to get a degree in something, right?

My grandmother is not doing well. Really, really not doing well.
Every time my mom calls, I feel sick to my stomach because I have no idea what she’s about to tell me. I just keep reliving that moment 2.5 years ago when I called her just to check in and she told me my grandfather had passed away.
